2 boxes of Jiffy
2 (organic free range chicken) eggs
1 can cream corn
milk/cream
butter
olive oil
Dump it all into a mixing bowl, mix it, place it in a large (and greased) cake ban, pie pan, or whatever else you've got that'll be big enough to hold it when it rises. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes and then take a look at it- if it's getting too brown on top then cover it with foil, if not then let it bake some more without covering it you can lower the temp to 350 (or not)...depending on how generous you are with the butter and oil this could take up to an hour to bake.
