Tortilla Soup

2 cans Chicken broth
1 can stewed tomatos (cajun)
3 T lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
2 t chilie powder
1/2 t ground cumin
1/4 t ground red pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped chicken
1 can drained corn
1 can black beans (trained and rinsed)
2 T half & half

serve over tortilla chips, cheese and avacodos
